Celebrating 50 Years
Today is a very special day for us as we officially begin our 50th anniversary year. On 30th January 1976, Dreadnought was registered as a charity with a clear and vital mission to support young people across Cornwall.
Meet Our New Look for The next 50 years!
The blog highlights how Dreadnought empowers youth by building resilience and emotional intelligence through a compassionate, respectful, and collaborative approach. It prioritises young people's needs within a safe, empathetic, and professional environment, balancing strength and softness while fostering trust and fun.
New Pottery Wheel
We were delighted to receive a donation from The Redruth Charity Trust towards a new potter wheel for our centre in Redruth.
Kitchen Refurbishment
A big and heartfelt thank you goes out to the Bolingey Barbarians for their generous support in funding the much-needed refurbishment of the kitchen space at The Dreadnought Centre. Your contribution is greatly appreciated and plays a vital role in improving our facilities for the benefit of the children and young people we serve.
